Our production level document scanners are the fastest and most accurate digital scanners available and we scan at 300 A4 Items per minute, per scan station, to provide you with your information, in an electronic format of TIFF, JPEG, PDF or searchable PDF on demand, or a routine monthly basis. We scan your documents at a resolution of 200dpi to comply with industry and legal standards such as ISO 9001 and the DPA and this guarantee’s maximum output for scanned items in speed and resolution.
Box Klever offer your information on secure CD’s to install documents directly or our clients may prefer to have all business information piped directly into their existing repository or reside the information in a Box Klever hosted solution.
