The Box Klever archive facility practices the most rigorous security measures and our warehouses are fitted with state of the art security measures including 24hr manned site entrances, CCTV in operation 365 days a year and secure perimeter fencing. Each warehouse has electronically controlled shutters at all points of entry and key code entry systems within the warehouse at every door.
The Box Klever archive facility is managed by our bespoke software that allocates and manages every file and box transaction undertaken from the moment your archives are received and logs and reports on every transaction made, so should you submit a request or query a location we can provide a full audit trail of the lifetime your archives since storage date. These reporting facilities are provided complimentarily by Box Klever at the end of every month with file by file or box by box movements. These, over time, will build a definitive audit history so that every single movement can be traced during your boxes time in storage with us.
